你吃得太少了。吃多点加上阻抗训练吧。

我最近也在减肥，分享下我吃的：

水果黄瓜、番茄、圣女果、西兰花、各种叶子菜；山姆的鸡里脊、扇贝、虾仁、鳕鱼、希腊酸奶；水煮蛋、牛奶；主食就燕麦、米饭、糙米、土豆轮流来。偶尔来些猪肝和酱牛肉。

我把所有食材的营养成分表的都拍给 grok bot ，让他帮我记录热量。没有的让他参考 USDA 。

在保证自己基本不饿的情况也在慢慢掉秤了。

哎，vibe coding 出来之前，这类小工具还是挺受欢迎的。

vibe coding 出来之后，在 v2 这种程序员居多的论坛，怕是很难转化成销量。
