@NotNEO #64 这些我都是吃的药店里带有 OTC 标识的小白瓶，个人使用下来觉得有改善免疫和抵抗力，具体效果和副作用还是要依据个人体质情况了。你可以通过自己的日常饮食来判断下自己可能缺乏的维生素，或者做个微量元素检测，来针对性地补充，另外要注意 va 、ve 是脂溶性，vc 、vb 是水溶性，不要超量。
