美国跨国资本想通过将产业链搬离东亚大陆实现去风险化以应对二十年内在东亚可能出现的地缘政治危机，这个战略是对的。但是实际实施起来会有比较大的难度也需要足够的时间，目前来看印度承接产业链在政治环境、地缘稳定性、技术能力、人力资源丰度、规模化潜力方面都是完全胜任的，但是与当初将制造工厂从亚洲四虎向东亚大陆转移所面临的情况不同的是，当初工厂转移出四虎并没有遭遇所谓的“反脱钩”斗争，而目前的现实情况是东亚大陆的单一政治模式，导致其无法顺利地接受从制造业工厂转变为技术提供者的角色转变，因而大张旗鼓地反抗这一过程，其结果就是印度作为产业链的承接者就被动地成为了斗争的前沿。而目前大家看到的许多变化，就是这一斗争正在激化的表现。
