@yudoo 对，是第五版，upstream 没看到过，对我来说学一遍 Upper-Intermediate 和 Advanced 级别的教材、听力已经够丰富了

同在学英文，我的做法是选择国外分级的英语教材（ eg. Oxford New Headway 6th ），找到适合自己当前水平的那一级，一篇篇学下去
