vscode 里 go.mod 与语法补全

vscode 写 golang 项目，如果 go.mod 文件里有依赖不能拉取，那么整个项目的语法补全都不能用了，goland 里只会影响不能拉取的部分，这个有配置项吗，还是只能这样

命令行 `go build` 或者 `go mod tidy` 成功之后，再重启 vscode/goland 试试
