非嘲讽，Mobbing 我也没理解啥意思，Google 说是 `集体欺凌` ，搜狗翻译说是 `围攻`，组合到 `工作必须` 后面我没能理解是什么意思。 楼主帮忙回答下啥意思呗。

Mob programming (informally mobbing) (aka. ensemble programming) is a software development approach where the whole team works on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and at the same computer. 感觉是中层领导常见困惑？

1. 以前可以专心写代码，现在不行了
2. 整天都在开会，和这个团队沟通确认 A 、和那个团队沟通确认 B
3. 开完会还要确认会议结论，然后把任务布置下去
4. 向上向下乃至平级都要管理，很烦

我曾经有份工作，说是开发，也是一个月写不到 10 行代码，也是每天看代码，偶尔看看文档开开会，领导也非常看重我，过了差不多一年，我发现自己的写代码能力几乎废了，就是那种之前随手能写出来的算法或逻辑，那段时间完全不知道如何下手了，赶紧找了个写代码多的工作跑路了，当时最大的感慨是觉得挺对不起领导对我的看重

Mobbing 这种开发方法还是第一次听说...

你应该这样想，工作是副业，自己的事才是主业
