配置了端口映射，也用了子系统的 ip， windows ping 子系统 可以 ping 通， 直接在子系统用 exec 也能进入到 mysql 容器， 就是 win 上无法连接到 mysql 容器

Docker 映射端口出来然后在 Win 里用 localhost:{映射出来的端口号} 应该是可以的
