回收中心的后期 bug

    一个运行了一段时间的回收中心，如果始终处在橘色的 storage full 状态，有可能就会触发一个 bug（真的是 bug？）——这个回收中心将无法再生产任何东西。这种时候就只能拆掉再盖一个。

    所以，为了避免触发这个 bug，最好的办法就是保持回收中心的 storage 在蓝色状态。
