如题，每次都大概 3 到 4 个 G 的样子（一小时备份一次，每次都这么大），感觉自从装上 Office 全家桶以后就这样了，有没有办法知道每次备份的都是那些文件？

找到原因了，aria2 的日志，现在问题来了，怎么卸载 aria2

怎么装就怎么卸，aria2 又不是 macOS 自带的。

另外，aria2c 默认不生成 log 文件，你可以检查一下你的参数。

-l, --log=<LOG>
The file name of the log file. If - is specified, log is written to stdout. If empty string(“”) is specified, or this option is omitted, no log is written to disk at all.
