如题，这种情况从上周就开始了，每次都要开 S.S 才能上，今天受不了了。
墙 Github ？也不像啊。
怎么排查？抓包？

@XhstormR 那说明 tcp 连接建立了， ip 层是通的，试试 curl https://github.com 吧
