为什么这两天 freebsd 的 pkg 更新速度这么慢

从昨天就发现更新 freebsd 的 pkg 二进制包速度基本被控制在 10KB 左右，一个 firefox 更新要一两个小时，和以前相比基本无法接受。我在安徽使用中国电信 100M 光纤宽带。大家也遇到这样的情况吗？
