commands.js 是通过 Redis 的 command 命令 (http://redis.io/commands/command) 生成的，用来告知 ioredis 要支持的 Redis 命令列表以及每个命令的属性。命令的属性则用来实现自动添加命名空间和在 Cluster 模式下计算 slot。
