什么意思？ NC不像Godaddy限制修改资料60天不得转出。只有新注册域名60天内不得转出。
就算新转移，60天内一样能强行转出，只是白转移罢了。 最好先检查下邮件，QQ邮一般只能国内邮，非常容易丢海外邮件。 |

那应该是你没满60天的，你可能算错了，少一天都不行。

我也遇到这个问题，注册了N年并在N年前转入到NC的，通过LIVE SUPPORT拿到EPP CODE了。
