name.com 把我的帐号和域名搞丢了，客服邮件不回了，咋办？

3年前在 hover 注册了一个 me 的3杂域名，之后转移到 name.com，续费了2年。前几天想到该续费了，就去登录 name.com，谁知道无法登录了。
然后找回密码，无论输入用户名或邮件均显示不是在 name.com 注册的。
之后把问题邮件给 name.com 了，来来回回发了几封。
客服最后这样说的(见邮件原文)，然后就没消息了，我又发了几个邮件，也没消息，咋办？
