Google Compute Cloud 的机器貌似在启动之后就无法升级类型？

    貌似没办法，至少在网页上。不过自己操作也很简单，创建一个新类型的 instance，选择现有的 disk 或者 snapshot，再把 ip 绑定到新的 instance 就可以了。如果有这样的功能，内部估计也是这样实现的。
