通过 putty 关闭 53 端口之后，下次去看又打开了？

于是VPS提供商一直给我发 abuse complaint

关闭的时候用的是以下命令行，请教一下是不是我的密码泄露了或者是其他什么问题。
有什么方法可以永久关闭 53 端口。

使用 netstat -tnl 命令查看哪些端口打开了
使用 lsof -i:端口号查看我要封杀端口好的PID （上次1261）（后来1670）
用 kill -9 PID号杀掉我要封禁的端口：

关闭
