写了小作文发给了 bot ，然后 bot 就回我说因用户 id 较新，必须通过指令验证手机号才可通过验证

可是我注册电报的手机号早就没了！请问 bot 的意思是要接收手机验证码后才可以成功申请 nodeseek 邀请码吗
