我之前绑 PayPal 被风控一次美区号，但只是付款时候风控的；我通过国内 400 让他们转接到国际客服（大概是亚太地区的）台妹帮我解除了；日区一直绑定招行/工行 JCB 没问题，但是我也不会在 iCloud 存资料；基本上都是 telegram 上建个私有频道存储
